ATTENTION PRESENTERS (individual papers and panels):

· All rooms have computers and data show available. As some computers have the operational system Windows installed and others, the Linux, we highly recommend the presentations to be prepared in Power Point presentation slides (.ppt) and to be converted into .pdf. Besides, it is recommendable to have the archives (both .ppt and .pdf) in flash drives, e-mail, CD, all in order to prevent from unexpected happenings and incompatibilities and . It is important to highlight that the oral presentations have 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutos for discussion.

ATTENTION PRESENTERS:

· It is no longer possible to ask for changes in the presentation schedule.

ATTENTION POSTER PRESENTERS: 

· The maximum size for each poster is 80cm width and 140cm hight, which is the size reserved for hanging. The posters that exceed these measures will not be able to be hung. The event organizers will make metal brackets available to hang the posters.
